Overview This Cancellation Policy applies to services scheduled through the Quick Fix UAE app. Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent policy for both users and service providers.
Cancellation by Users
Advance Notice: Users must cancel a service appointment before the assigned service provider’s scheduled arrival time to avoid charges.
Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50 AED will be charged for cancellations not communicated before the service provider’s arrival time.
Cancellation Before Vendor Assignment
Full Refund: If the cancellation is made before a vendor (service provider) is assigned, and in cases of advanced payment, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Quick Fix UAE
Service Provider Unavailability: If a service provider is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer rescheduling options or a full refund.
Safety Concerns: Quick Fix UAE reserves the right to cancel any service due to safety concerns.
Rescheduling
To accommodate your needs and those of our service providers, we encourage rescheduling appointments rather than canceling them, whenever possible.
Modifications to Policy
Quick Fix UAE reserves the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
